2026 First Vanke Suwan Regional Owner Spring Festival Gala Audition

To upgrade owner services and build a warm community culture, Suwan Region recently successfully held a cross-city audition campaign for the Vanke Owner Spring Festival Gala. Covering Hefei, Xuzhou, Suqian and Yangzhou, the event adopted an integrated online-offline model to widely collect talent shows from property owners and build a communication platform for neighbors. Direct participation of owner families generated extensive exposure, greatly boosting owners’ sense of belonging and the Group’s brand influence, and winning widespread favorable feedback.
Hefei Venue: Grand Opening with Brilliant Performances
The Hefei audition integrated external resources and made efficient use of third-party venues, equipment and props to deliver cost-effective operation. Around 200 owner families from 21 Vanke residential compounds in urban and suburban Hefei signed up for the event, with numerous spontaneous likes and shares from customers.

Xuzhou & Suqian Venues: Vibrant New Talents, Joyful Neighborly Gatherings
The Xuzhou venue co-launched recruitment with local TV station, while Suqian centered its activity around Kunlun Shangguan Project and invited renowned local online celebrity hosts to host auditions. A total of 371 property owners registered to participate.

Yangzhou Venue: City-wide Carnival for All Families
The Yangzhou station partnered with cross-industry resources to stage the owner gala audition, attracting nearly 40 performance programs. Multi-round pre-event promotion jointly mobilized property management, marketing teams, owner groups and external partners, achieving wide public attention.

This four-city joint audition activity hosted by Suwan Region not only offered property owners a stage to showcase their talents, but also served as a powerful bond to strengthen residents’ sense of belonging and warm community atmosphere, bringing the Group’s brand commitment to life amid neighborly joy. All wonderful moments captured during auditions will converge and shine on the formal gala stage on February 7. We look forward to all rehearsed performances and dreams blooming perfectly amid warm applause from neighbors across eight cities under Suwan Region.

On February 26, 2026, the Xuzhou project cluster of Suwan Region secured its first entrusted construction project in Xuzhou — the North Plot of Huaihai World developed by Xuzhou Metro Group. This deal marks a breakthrough of zero entrusted construction business for Vanke in the Xuzhou market and stands as a milestone in Vanke’s 14-year deep-rooted development in Xuzhou.
