Nearly 500 Owners Participate, Over 400,000 Watch Online! The 2nd Co-created Community Spring Festival Gala of Guangfo Region Concludes Successfully

On the evening of February 1, the 2nd Co-created Community Spring Festival Gala of Guangfo Region officially kicked off. Two landmark projects of Vanke in Guangzhou, Huangpu New City and Ideal Huadi, joined forces to fully mobilize owners and deliver a grand cultural feast brimming with cultural charm and neighborly warmth.
The gala hit new records in scale and influence this year. Statistics show that around 500 owners took an in-depth part in program choreography and performances. More than ten official media outlets covered the event, which was live-streamed in full on Guangdong TV Station, Vanke Guangfo and Guangzhou Wanxi’s video platforms. The venue hosted over 700 on-site audience members, and cumulative online views reached 420,000. The event achieved a vibrant offline atmosphere and extensive online exposure, winning wide acclaim from government authorities, media and residents alike.
Under the guidance of multiple departments of Liwan District, Vanke Ideal Huadi hosted the gala themed "Wonderful Ideal Night". Over 250 owner performers put on more than 20 excellent shows, including four-season fashion shows, classical dance and jazz dance, fully showcasing residents’ cultural attainment and spiritual outlook. A yearly achievement exhibition was held concurrently to display the results of community group development through the themed exhibition "Four Seasons of Ideals". At the gala, Chajiao Sub-district awarded Wanxi the title of "Community Partner". This honor symbolizes the upgrade of three-party collaboration among the government, enterprise and residents — moving from joint construction to co-governance, and from shared resources to co-creation, demonstrating diverse feasible paths for sustainable development of large-scale communities. The event received coverage from over ten media platforms including CNR.cn, Tencent News and Yangcheng Evening News.
"Wonderful Ideal Night" at Ideal Huadi
Vanke Huangpu New City integrated resources from seven vibrant community groups including the Banyan Tree Choir, Liyuan Elegant Opera Society and Tai Chi Club. Working together with four schools and one cultural center within the community, they arranged more than ten programs featuring opera, dance, chorus and other art forms that balance artistic value and entertainment. All 230 cast and crew members, including hosts, dancers, singers and volunteers, were selected from local residents. Truly "A Gala for Everyone by Everyone", the event embodied the spirit of community co-creation. Meanwhile, all outdoor decorations for the gala were designed and arranged by the community’s Art & Aesthetics Club. The featured photo spot "Hundred Horses Deliver Blessings" drew enthusiastic participation from nearby residents, vividly interpreting the community values of "neighborly joint construction and shared culture".
