On February 2, Chen Haodong, First-Class Inspector of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, led a delegation to conduct an inspection tour of Xuzhou Yanyujian Project. Sun Xiang, Vice Mayor of Xuzhou Municipal People’s Government, Zhang Chen, Director of Xuzhou Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Cao Hui, Deputy Director of the Bureau, and other officials accompanied the inspection.
During the visit, Chen Haodong focused on reviewing the overall development and construction progress as well as the operation of supporting commercial facilities. He fully recognized Vanke’s efforts in fostering a genuine comprehensive town living atmosphere via town centers, park-supported commercial spaces and supporting facility operations, and spoke highly of the project’s outstanding performance ranking first in the city by residential units sold for two consecutive years.
Chen Haodong pointed out that Vanke has given full play to its corporate strengths and actively fulfilled social responsibilities. Adopting a comprehensive town development mindset and centering on homeowners’ demands, the enterprise prioritizes the delivery of supporting facilities, which has greatly upgraded the residential environment and living quality of the area, improved the urban facade and public activity spaces of the sub-district. Its advanced practices are worthy of nationwide promotion.
Vanke expressed gratitude for the recognition from government leaders.
