Suwan Region Wins the Entrusted Construction & Exclusive Sales Project for North Plot of Xuzhou Huaihai World

On February 26, 2026, the Xuzhou project cluster of Suwan Region secured its first entrusted construction project in Xuzhou — the North Plot of Huaihai World developed by Xuzhou Metro Group. This deal marks a breakthrough of zero entrusted construction business for Vanke in the Xuzhou market and stands as a milestone in Vanke’s 14-year deep-rooted development in Xuzhou.
The project sits northeast of the intersection of Kuangshan Road and West Third Ring Road in the Huaixi sub-district, Quanshan District, Xuzhou, adjacent to Huaihai World, a large residential complex long developed by Vanke in the city. Covering a land area of 105,000 sq.m., the plot features a floor area ratio of no more than 1.92 and a permitted construction area of 201,100 sq.m., classified as Category G3 land with an approximate total sales value of RMB 2.7 billion. Leveraging Vanke’s years of development experience, solid customer base and mature capability in developing Category G3 products in Huaixi, the project will deliver outstanding market performance and further boost Vanke’s brand influence across Xuzhou.
The project owner, Xuzhou Metro Group, is the city’s most influential state-owned asset platform company. Winning this project not only deepens in-depth cooperation with the Metro Group and creates a new benchmark for government-enterprise collaboration, but also earns solid trust from local authorities and key state-owned enterprises. It paves the way for Vanke to undertake more government and state-owned enterprise entrusted construction or equity cooperation projects in the future, serving as a new starting point for Vanke’s new business track in Xuzhou.
