Two Vanke Projects in Wuhan Complete Simultaneous Property Handover, with Full Service Procedures and Community Facilities Fully Launched

In December 2025, Wuhan Region entered a concentrated property handover phase. Vanke Guanggu Jinyao achieved full-site handover, while Vanke Cloud Riverside (jointly developed with Wuhan Urban Construction Group) completed its first batch handover. Vanke Guanggu Jinyao covered Buildings 5#, 6#, 7# and 8# for handover; Vanke Cloud Riverside delivered Buildings 1#, 2#, 3#, 12# and 15#. The two projects handed over a total of 1,137 residential units, with well-organized procedures and smooth customer experience throughout the handover period.
From planning and construction to final completion, all landscape gardens and home access corridors within the communities were built in strict accordance with design drawings, providing fully functional living environments for property owners. Property handover is not the finish line, but the starting point of property services and community life.

To boost efficiency during handover, Vanke provides online processing and one-on-one accompanied unit inspection services. Selected projects also launch the "Handover & Title Issuance" service, enabling owners to complete property registration concurrently upon receiving their homes. Photo-taking booths and fortune-giving activities are arranged at handover venues to add a sense of ceremony to the home collection process.

Beyond physical property handover, a warm community atmosphere was cultivated in parallel. At Guanggu Jinyao, an owner held a marriage proposal ceremony in their new home right after completing handover. At Cloud Riverside, the supporting Box Space and multi-functional clubhouse opened to owners during the handover period, hosting calligraphy, handcraft and other activities to facilitate communication among neighbors.
